Dr. Therese Ward is a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over 20
years of experience in the field. She holds a High Studies Diploma in Clinical Psychology
from the Lebanese University, a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Sorbonne Paris Nord
University, and an Art Therapy Diploma from Sorbonne Paris 7 University.

Dr. Ward’s expertise includes working with individuals and couples facing various
difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, panic attacks, phobias,
and relationship issues. She uses a psychodynamic psychoanalytic approach to help her
clients achieve psychological healing and wellness. In her couple therapy, she addresses
difficulties not only in terms of current interactions but also from the point of view of each
partner’s unconscious.

In addition to her work as a clinician, Dr. Ward has a strong background in academic and
supervisory work, having lectured at several universities and supervised over 160 students
per year. She is also trained in Personality Assessment and has a special interest in areas such
as sexual abuse, grief, loss, and separation, intrapersonal difficulties, identity issues, anger
management, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, LGBTQ issues,
