Dr. Diya Ganguly is a Child and Counselling Psychologist and Senior academic with over nine years of clinical experience in providing service users top-notch person-centred care.She has successfully led different leadership positions in the mental health academia and worked across different institutions across various geographical locations including Coventry University, UK, University of Wales St. Trinity David, UK, Global University Systems, UK, Osmania University, India, Colombo Institute of Research & Psychology, Sri Lanka, MIPSTAR, Maldives. She now works as a Senior Academic at Curtin University Dubai, IMT, Dubai, MAHE, Dubai, Bolton University, RAK, and as a leadership wellness expert at Eva and Iris.

Dr. Diya is a Chartered British Psychologist, a gold medallist and completing her doctorate from the University of Wales Trinity St. David, London. Dr. Diya has co-authored two mental health books for children with Special Education Needs and published papers on different topics including multimodal interventions for ASPD, the role of emotional intelligence in training and developing emotionally savvy frontline workers and leaders, strategies to help educators and school administrators maintain their grit and resilience under pressure/during times of duress, etc.
